Classic Car Brake, Fuel & Oil Pipes – Pre-Made & Bespoke
Stevson Motors manufactures and supplies pre-made and bespoke pipes, hoses and kits for classic and vintage vehicles.
Our range includes brake pipe kits, fuel pipes, fuel-hose assemblies, clutch pipes, oil-gauge pipes and specialist hoses. We hold an extensive collection of original patterns, helping us support vehicles for which new replacement components can otherwise be difficult to find.
If the part you need is not already available, we may also be able to reproduce it using an original pipe or hose as a pattern.
Pre-Made Pipes and Hoses for Classic Cars
Our online shop contains an extensive selection of ready-made pipes, hoses and complete kits for British and European classic vehicles.
Product ranges include:
- Brake pipe kits
- Fuel pipe kits
- Vehicle-specific fuel hoses
- Clutch pipes and kits
- Oil-gauge pipes
- Oil-gauge hoses
- Brake and clutch-fluid hose
- Specialist automotive hose
- Copper and Kunifer pipe
- Brake and fuel fittings
Each vehicle-specific product should clearly state its compatible make, model, variant, steering configuration and material where relevant.
Classic Car Brake Pipe Kits
Stevson Motors stocks more than 60 vehicle-specific brake pipe kits for classic and vintage cars.
Selected kits are available in copper or Kunifer, with separate options for right-hand-drive and left-hand-drive vehicles. The range covers different braking-system configurations, including single, tandem, servo and non-servo systems where applicable.
Current applications include models from manufacturers such as Austin Healey, Jaguar, MG and other established classic marques.
Because model names alone do not always identify the correct braking system, check:
- Vehicle make and model
- Year of manufacture
- Chassis or model variant
- Right-hand or left-hand drive
- Single or tandem braking system
- Servo or non-servo configuration
- Copper or Kunifer preference
- Any previous modifications
Contact us before ordering if the vehicle’s specification is unclear.
Classic Car Fuel Pipes and Kits
Our fuel-pipe range includes individual feed pipes, carburettor connections and more complete vehicle-specific fuel kits.
Available applications include selected Austin Healey, Jaguar, MG and other classic models. Depending on the vehicle, products may include:
- Pump-to-filter pipes
- Filter-to-carburettor pipes
- Carburettor-to-carburettor pipes
- Boot-mounted fuel-pipe sections
- Fuel-feed pipes
- Complete fuel-pipe kits
The carburettor arrangement, fuel-pump type, model variation and production year should be confirmed before ordering.
Vehicle-Specific Fuel Hoses
Stevson Motors also supplies ready-made fuel-hose assemblies for selected classic vehicles.
Our range includes pump-to-carburettor hoses, connections between carburettors, filter-feed pipes and complete fuel-hose kits. Current applications include selected Austin Healey, Jaguar, MG, Mini Cooper and Mini Cooper S models.
These products are different from the loose E10-compatible fuel hose sold by the metre. Customers should be given separate links to:
- Fuel hose by the metre
- Vehicle-specific fuel hoses and kits
Oil-Gauge Pipes and Hoses
Our oil-gauge range includes ready-made pipes and hoses for selected Austin Healey, Jaguar, MG T-Type, MGA and MGB models.
Products include:
- Flexible oil-gauge hoses
- Rigid oil-gauge pipes
- Original-style hose options
- Model-specific gauge connections
Oil-gauge components must match the gauge, engine connection and original routing. Check the individual product details or contact us if you are uncertain which version your vehicle uses.
Classic Car Clutch Pipes
Pre-made clutch pipes and kits are available for selected Austin Healey, Jaguar E-Type, Jaguar Mk II, MGA and MGB applications.
The current range includes separate right-hand-drive and left-hand-drive options. Confirm the steering configuration, model and transmission arrangement before ordering.
Specialist Automotive Hose
Stevson Motors stocks additional hose for specialist classic-car applications, including:
- Brake and clutch-fluid hose
- Servo hose
- Washer-jet hose
- White nylon fuel pipe
- Oil-gauge hose
The correct hose must be chosen according to the fluid, pressure, temperature, internal diameter and intended application. A hose should not be selected purely because its dimensions appear similar to the original.
Bespoke Pipes and Hoses Made from Patterns
If a replacement part is not already available, Stevson Motors may be able to reproduce it from an original pipe or hose.
Supplying the old component as a physical pattern can help us assess:
- Overall length
- Pipe bends and routing
- Connection positions
- Thread and fitting types
- Pipe or hose diameter
- End orientation
- Material requirements
- Protective sleeves or external features
The original component should remain complete wherever possible. Even a worn part may still provide valuable information about its length, bends and fittings.
Bespoke work is subject to inspection and component availability. We will need to assess the pattern before confirming whether a replacement can be manufactured.
How to Request a Bespoke Part
1. Contact Stevson Motors
Provide the vehicle make, model, year, variant and a description of the part required.
2. Send Photographs and Measurements
Clear photographs can help us determine whether an existing pattern or product may already be available.
3. Supply the Original Pattern
If required, arrange to send or deliver the original pipe or hose to our Birmingham workshop. Include your contact details and vehicle information with the part.
4. Pattern Assessment
Our team will inspect the original component, identify its materials and fittings, and confirm whether suitable components are available.
5. Quotation and Manufacture
Where reproduction is possible, we will confirm the work required and provide the relevant price and estimated timescale before manufacture begins.
